Product Description

FOAM BOARD is a family of products based on a foamed polystyrene plate using a physical extrusion process and covered on both sides with cardboard. It has the characteristic of being very light, being completely smooth.

Suitable for direct printing on both sides by screen printing with water-based inks and flatbed inkjet, the latter process that allows the use of solvent or UV inks.

Easy to laminate with high resolution pre-printed paper, bonding paper to paper, using simple adhesives.

- Easy to cut, leaving no residual chips
- Easy to die cut and fold

It is a recommended product for interior signage, since it has two directly printable surfaces that, together with its low weight, make it suitable for suspended signage, interior signage by lamination of pre-printed paper with high resolution on both sides, die-cut toys, advertising displays , points of sale, signage, models, 3D constructions, thermal boxes and for packaging by air, making use of its thermal insulation properties, its good weight/mechanical resistance ratio and its ease of being punched and folded.

Available presentations: 5mm and 10mm thick in white, and 5mm in black. The standard dimension is 122 x 244 cm.
